Shipping policy

 

We ship internationally and pack safely. Handling time is 4 business days. We provide a tracking number that shows progress to look out for your item as it arrives.

For all domestic USA customers buying more than $300 in one transaction, shipping is free.

For intentional (non US customers), we do not fund or cover any duty/import charges. We charge shipping fees depending on item size/weight/location.

Before shipping any item, we clean them thoroughly, but also carefully, to avoid any damage to the frames or lenses. 

Damaged items upon delivery:
We thoroughly check and make sure everything is intact before packing, and we pack items as safe and secure as possible to avoid any mishaps. We also offer signature confirmation (let us know prior to your purchase) to any purchases for extra protection and avoid lost/stolen packages. And as stated above, we will update you on the tracking so you’ll be prepared as the item arrives. This basically means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. 

In a situation where the item you purchased was damaged upon arrival due to the shipping carrier, within two days of the delivery date, we will need:
1)clear explanation on the condition of the sunglasses when you opened the hard case.
2)current clear photos and videos of the item showing all the issues.

After the requested information is provided, we will need investigate the photos and videos along the shipping carrier before making a final decision to cover the costs or not. Once we make that decision, we will contact you from the same email. If we do a return in a unique situation, you will need to safely package the item with bubble wrap and the provided protective case, and ship the item one business day after our email. And you will then receive ONLY store credit. Depending on our case/investigation, we may pay ONLY partial of the amount paid. We are aware that designer brand items attract fraudsters and we know how to avoid them from taking advantage of our business.
