1990’s GIANNI VERSACE 414/A. aka the "Biggie”.
Currently one of the most familiar shapes of sunglasses. I don’t think Versace had a clue what they were doing by re-releasing this 2 years ago and marketing it as the Biggie. Because he was never seen in them 🤦🏻♂️. He was seen wearing a different one, 413. Regardless, we’re fortunate to have this OG high quality vintage pair in new condition. This is NOT the low quality reproduction from sunglasses hut. I understand people usually go for what's mad hot/popular by celebrities, but for this one, they got it all wrong.
We hope to bring awareness to people so they make more informed decisions. We will slowly write more blogs on how big fashion houses blatantly copy older designs to the dot. Literally same thing but lower quality and slap a logo on it. I feel bad for the design graduates. They're being replaced by AI, and if they do have a job, their bosses only care about profit and not originality and creativity.
